The Coast Guard said a good Samaritan found a skiff adrift on Thursday morning. The boat owner has been found safe. But there is a question.

NEWPORT, RI --The Coast Guard said a good Samaritan found a skiff adrift on Thursday morning. The discovery sparked a search for a possible person in the water. Ultimately, the boat's owner was found. But now the Coast Guard has some concerns someone other than the owner might have gone out with the boat and could be in trouble.
The skiff was found north of the Jamestown Bridge, the Coast Guard said. So far, no one has made a missing person's report.
