Free Family Concerts at Easton's Beach Begin June 28

Free concerts and children’s performances on the beach will be back this summer at Easton’s Beach in Newport.

The Family Night Concerts will be held on Tuesday evenings beginning June 28.

All shows are free and open to the public.

All performances begin at 6:00 pm and last for approximately 90 minutes.

Abbey Rhode will kick off the series this year. The Beatles era band is sponsored by the Easton’s Beach Snackbar and Del’s Lemonade. Free carousel rides will be available from 6:00-7:00 pm the night of the show, compliments of Pauline and Bill Buckley in memory of their granddaughter Brigid Kelly.

The Children’s Night performances begin July 7 with singer T-Bone. All shows begin at around 6 p.m. and last for 45 minutes. They, too, are free and open to the public.

If it rains, Children's Night performances are moved inside to the Rotunda Ballroom.
