Steven Baines: Renaissance Floor Restoration and Construction, Inc. Floor restoration, installation, sanding, and refinishing company and general contracting

Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Steven Baines: 10 Years

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Steven Baines: As a former furniture builder, I've always had an interest in wood floors and general construction. I had a friend that had been in the business years before, so one night we decided to start a flooring company.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Steven Baines: Find a contractor that provides quality products and services.

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Steven Baines: The finish product and seeing the joy on people's faces.

Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Steven Baines: Quality of the work and the products I use. I recheck all my work and use the best quality stains and finishes.
