Man Arrested For Breaking and Entering
The following arrests were reported by the Newport Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

William Perry of 27 Salmon St Apt. 6, Providence was arrested on Monday around 2:30 a.m. for breaking and entering, domestic vandalism and a bench warrant.
Perry allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend's house and broke a microwave and a large flat-screen television.
Police found Perry walking north on Truman Road near the intersection of Kennedy Road. Police said he appeared intoxicated.
