- Peter Grauer, 67, 80 Ocean Ave., Newport was cited Sunday for a noise complaint when police responded to his house for a report of a party.
- Emmet Noonan, 19, 160 Narragansett Ave., Jamestown, was cited around Sunday around 2:10 a.m. for an open container.
- Lockwood Malmborg, 21, of 20 Ayrault St. Apt #2 was arrested Monday around 4:49 a.m. on a bench warrant charge.
