Santa Claus Is Comin' To Newport Dec. 12

NEWPORT, RI — Get your cameras ready, because Santa Claus is Comin' To Town. Newport, this is, on Dec. 12.

The jolly old elf will make an appearance at The Hut at Aquidneck Park from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., ready to take photos with children. Preregistration is required; no walk-ins will be allowed entry. Families can sign up on the Newport Recreation Department's website.

Parents must bring their own cell phone or camera to take a photo of their child with Santa Claus. No pets will be allowed.
