Warming Center Opening In North Smithfield Amid Frigid Temperatures
Winds chills in RI are expected to be dangerous and reach their coldest since February 2016, according to the National Weather Service.

NORTH SMITHFIELD, RI — Frigid temperatures are in the forecast in Rhode Island, with temperatures expected to fall well below zero.
Communities across the state, including North Smithfield, have designated warming centers aimed at helping residents stay warm.
