- Michelangelo spent four years of his life painting the Sistine Chapel, his interpretation of the history of creation. Now you can see it up close and personal at the 'Michelangelo – A Different View' display, coming to the RI Convention Center May 12-June 12. (What'sUpNewp)
- Roger Williams Zoo is illuminated by 50 displays that feature upwards of 700 handcrafted glowing lanterns as part of the Asian Lantern Spectacular going on now. The special installation will be aglow through July 4. The event also includes unique cultural performances that combine music, dance and costumes every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening.
