Pawtucket Fugitive Wanted In Georgia Captured: Cops

The Pawtucket man was wanted on a charge of terroristic threats, police said.

PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man wanted in Georgia on a charge of terroristic threats was apprehended, police said.

A Rhode Island State Police trooper picked up Lloyd Mumford from Providence Superior Court about 12:30 p.m. Thursday, state police said in a media release.

"Mumford was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment," the release said.
