Does Portsmouth Have a Drug Problem?
The Portsmouth School Committee chairman says Portsmouth needs to re-examine its drug policy.

Portsmouth School Committee Chairman David Croston is outraged at what he calls "appalling" drug use at Portsmouth High School.Â
Croston, a parent himself, plans to discuss substance abuse in the schools at the next committee meeting on April 23.Â
Croston has received numerous e-mails and phone calls after a committee meeting in March. At which time, he called drug use at the high school "appalling."Â
