Does Portsmouth Have a Drug Problem?

Portsmouth School Committee Chairman David Croston is outraged at what he calls "appalling" drug use at Portsmouth High School. 

Croston, a parent himself, plans to discuss substance abuse in the schools at the next committee meeting on April 23. 

Croston has received numerous e-mails and phone calls after a committee meeting in March. At which time, he called drug use at the high school "appalling." 

We want to know what you think. Does Portsmouth have a drug problem in schools? Should the school district review its drug policy?
