Middletown Woman, 'Talented Seamstress' Dies at 96

Lynne M. Smith, 96, of Middletown, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at St. Clare Home Newport, RI.

She was the wife of the late Robert Smith.

Born in Fall River, MA on January 22, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Dziedic) Mikolazyk.

She was employed as an optometric assistant with Dr. Peter Eudenbach, OD for many years. She was an avid gardener and talented seamstress.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 8 a.m. from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Lucy's Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown.
