Portsmouth 2017 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

PORTSMOUTH, RI—Before the kids go out trick or treating on Halloween, it is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood. According to the Rhode Island Sex Offender Listings, one high-level sex offender lives in Portsmouth. The names, addresses, and convictions of Level 2 and Level 3 offenders are posted online by the state.

Level 3 registered sex offenders are considered "high risk" to repeat a sex crime. Level 2 offenders pose a “moderate” risk to re-offend.

The identities of Level 1 offenders are not publicized online.

Portsmouth has one Level 2 offender. The offenders are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.
