Tammy Lombardo, 50, of Portsmouth, was taken into custody at 6:30 p.m. at home on an arrest warrant and charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery.

Robert Anthony Homer, Jr., 51, of Tiverton, was stopped on Boyd's Lane at Chase Road at 3:45 p.m. He was charged with Simple Assault or Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
