Feb. 7

Amber Dawn Andreozzi, 41, of Portsmouth, was arrested on East Main Road and charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery; and Domestic Vandalism (malicious injury to property).

Feb. 8

Andrew Joseph Riley, 26, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. at his home. He was charged with Obtaining money under $1,500 under false pretenses.

Matthew Ryan Hart, Jr., 21, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Donna Drive near Debra Drive. He was charged with drug possession (Schedule I,II,III,IV and V).
