PORTSMOUTH, RI—Here are recent arrests. Information comes from the police.

Nov. 7

Shawn Anthony Burkhart, 42, of Cranston, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. at the West Main Road Dunkin' Donuts on a warrant.

Nov. 9

Joseph Estrella Jr., 56, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on East Main Road at the Dollar General Store and charged with misdemeanor shoplifting and disorderly conduct (fighting. tumultuous behavior).

Nov. 10

Kasee Danay Joyner, 38, of Newport, was handed over to Portsmouth Police at 7:14 p.m. at the Newport Police Department. She is charged with domestic assault. She also had an outstanding warrant.

Nov. 11

Antonio Vincent Donatelli, 25, of Fall River, Mass., was stopped at 12:56 a.m. on Route 24 North at Cedar Island. He was charged with driving under the influence, first offense; and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Nov. 13

Alitaylan Arslanturk, 40, of Brockton, Mass., was arrested at 7:35 a.m. on West Main Road and charged with violating a no contact order.
