Katie Renee Cipullo, 29, of Portsmouth, was arrested at her home at 5:49 p.m. and charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery.

Jan. 20
Christian Thomas Longtine, 22, of Framingham, Mass., was arrested near East Main and Lepes roads at 3:45 p.m. He was charged with Simple Assault or Battery; Obstructing an Officer; Resisting arrest; and Disorderly Conduct. He was also taken into custody on an arrest warrant.
