Sept. 25

Dove Ariana Schiavone, 21, of Portsmouth, was arrested on Jepson Lane at 7:27 a.m. and charged with Domestic Simple Assault and Battery.

Victor Hernandez Gomez, 62, of Lynn, Mass., was stopped at 4 p.m. on West Main Road at King Charles Drive. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Randy Scott Bostock, 50, of Portsmouth, was arrested at his home at 5:21 p.m. and charged with Breaking and Entering of a dwelling or ship with felonious intent.

Sept. 26

Michael Richard Tedoldi, 58, of Needham, Mass., was stopped at 2:39 a.m. at Freeborn Street and Route 24. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; and was cited for Driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked, first offense.

Kandice Marie Jones, 18, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 12:05 p.m. at Route 24 South and Boyd's Lane and charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Kristin Lee Walker, 35, of Middletown, was charged with Possession of Schedule I,II,III,IV and V drugs.

Jeffrey R. Moss, 19, of Bristol, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. at the Middletown Police station on a warrant for Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

Sept. 27

Iain Dyer Forbes, 30, of Newport, was stopped at 8:01 p.m. at Hedly Street and Longmeadow Road, He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; Possession of Schedule I,II,III,IV and V drugs; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; and Driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked.
