This Is The Best Sandwich In Rhode Island, People Magazine Says

PROVIDENCE, RI — How's "best" for a superlative? That's what People Magazine is calling the Juggs sandwich from Geoff's Superlatives Sandwiches in Providence - the best in Rhode Island.

People Magazine teamed with online restaurant guide The Infatuation to identify what they are calling the best sandwiches in each state. For the Ocean State, that was a sandwich that featured turkey, bacon and a signature sauce, among other goodies.

"Portugal native and owner Julio Fonseca says “love and care” go into every sandwich he makes. Taste the love when you order the Juggs,stacked with hot turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, Shedd’s signature sauce and cranberries," People said.

People writes that they considered The Infatuation's expertise when compiling the list and paid special attention "to eateries serving regionally-inspired dishes and using locally-sourced ingredients."
