1. A Providence Police Officer was ambushed and attacked downtown by a suspect who attempted to grab his gun while being apprehended. The officer required medical attention after being beaten by the suspect. Police said the suspect at the time of arrest was found to be in possession of a realistic-looking BB gun replica. 2. Police identified the man who was shot and killed inside a Providence café over the weekend. Major David Lapatin identified the victim of the deadly Broad Street shooting as Jorge Garcia, 38. No suspects or arrests have been announced so far. (WPRI.com)
3. TF Green Airport celebrated its 90th anniversary on Monday. (WLNE-TV (ABC6))
4. Music legend Bob Dylan has announced a performance at the Providence Performing Arts Center on Nov. 26. (WJAR)
