CVS Evacuated After Gas Leak At Providence Place Mall
According to Providence fire officials, someone in the CVS at Providence Place smelled gas, resulting in the evacuation.
PROVIDENCE, RI — The CVS Pharmacy at the Providence Place was evacuated Tuesday morning because of a gas leak in the mall.
According to fire officials, someone in the store smelled gas, resulting in the evacuation. The whole mall was not evacuated — just CVS and a nearby vacant business.
Fire officials said the minor leak was discovered in the vacant business.
