The first 100 customers at the Providence location also received a special winter-themed gift with purchase.

In addition to gifts for the first customers, the company also donated $10,000 to Hasbro Children's Hospital.
“We are thrilled to open our doors in the Capital City,” said Bahjat Shariff, Brand Leader, Neon Marketplace. “With our convenient location, competitively-priced gas, Tesla charging stations, and chef-inspired food and beverage choices, we hope to become the go-to stop for the local community and visitors alike.”

This will be the sixth Neon location, with others in Warwick, Middletown and Portsmouth, Rhode Island, as well as Seekonk and Freetown, Massachusetts. In addition to Providence, a new store is slated to open soon in Quincy.
Neon isn't like most gas stations. Sure, you can get gas and even charge your electric vehicle. You can also eat a meal that features brick oven pizzas and food you could expect at a mid-tier new American-style restaurant.
According to the Boston Globe, a James Beard award winner is even consulting for the company.
