Activities will include a superhero-themed Canine Costume Contest, “Shop Local” Marketplace, and more. 2. Advocates for the homeless are demanding more action from lawmakers in Providence. Dozens of tents have been erected on the grounds of the Statehouse to draw attention to the increasing problem.
