Popular Mexican Restaurant Coming To Providence: Report
The restaurant has three Boston locations.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A popular Mexican restaurant with three Boston locations is opening in Providence, Rhode Island Monthly reported.
Yellow Door Taqueria, owned by Dropkick Murphys’ frontman Ken Casey and husband-and-wife duo Taniya Nayak and Brian O’Donnell, is set to open in Providence this month, according to the magazine.
"If you’ve been to the Yellow Door in Boston, then you know to expect vibrant energy paired with great food and drinks, which will be no different in their new home. That new home is on the first floor of the Aloft Providence Downtown Hotel," Rhode Island Monthly said.

"Yellow Door offers a drink menu full of craft cocktails, handcrafted signature margaritas and the drinks are focused on tequila, mezcal and house-infused cocktails," the report said. "Once Yellow Door is up and running, their goal is to serve the best margaritas in all of Providence. The cherry on top is that the drink menu will rotate, giving patrons the chance to try something new. "
