Providence Aggravated Assaulter Apprehended: Police
The Providence man was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A wanted Providence man was captured Friday, police said.
Jariel Henriquez, 33, was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force about 10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault with a weapon, the state police said in a media release.
"The arrest was the result of an investigation by Violent Fugitive Task Force," according to the release.

"Mr. Henriquez was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department," the release said.
