Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit Pinches Providence Man: Cops
The Providence man was charged with larceny, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — The Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested a Providence man on a larceny charge, police said.
Thomas Upchurch, 67, was arrested Friday, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Upchurch was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third District Court for arraignment," the release said.
