Woonsocket Woman Charged With Leaving Scene Of Accident: Police
The woman was involved in a hit-and-run accident in Providence, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Woonsocket woman was arrested Monday after she left the scene of an accident, police said.
Yvonne Telles, 40, was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of a police officer in the execution of duty, resisting legal arrest, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in damage to attended vehicles, simple assault and vandalism, according to a media release from the Rhode Island State Police.
Telles was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Route 146 in Providence, according to the release.

Telles was processed at the Scituate Barracks, arraigned and released with a court date, according to police.
