The Town of Richmond has retained Beta Group, Inc. to assist the Town in revision of our Hazard Mitigation Plan.  Beta will be hosting a public input session to gather public input on mitigating the impacts of natural disasters.  The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 16th at 6pm and will be held virtually.
