TOWN OF RICHMOND, RHODE ISLAND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richmond Town Council has received an application for an Outdoor Entertainment License from the following: P&EE Consulting Inc. d/b/a FoodTrucksIn.com d/b/a PVD Food Truck Events The application is for a license for events to be held at the above-named business located at 4 Richmond Townhouse Road, Richmond and further designated as Assessor’s Plat 6C, Lot 18. Before acting upon the foregoing application, the Town Council, acting as the Licensing Board, will hold a Public Hearing. ANTICIPATED REMOTE MEETING: It is anticipated that this meeting will be conducted remotely in Zoom format on February 15, 2022 at 6:00 PM in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order No. 22-01, which is expected to be extended but has not yet occurred as of the publishing of this Notice. POTENTIAL FOR IN-PERSON MEETING: If Executive Order No. 22-01 is not extended, and if no other legal authorization occurs prior to the meeting date, the Town Council will conduct an in-person meeting with a remote component on February 15, 2022 at 6:00 PM in the Town Council Chamber at Richmond Town Hall, 5 Richmond Townhouse Road, Wyoming, RI 02898.
