2024 President of the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS Named

(Lincoln, Rhode Island) – The Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS (NRIBR) installed its 2024 Officers and Directors at its annual meeting at the Pawtucket Country Club on October 4, 2023. The Association not only handed out several awards but also presented checks for $6,500 each to the Blackstone Valley Advocacy Center and Friends of Animals in Need, in addition to a donation of $1,500 to the REALTORS® Relief Foundation.

Anne McCrann, as a Broker Associate with Noonan Lombardi, REALTORS®, in Warwick was installed as its 2024 President. McCrann has been a licensed REALTOR® for the past 8 years in Rhode Island and a member of the NRIBR Board of Directors since 2018. She is a multi-year Diamond Sales Award Recipient of NRIBR, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and an endorsed member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the RI Association of REALTORS (RIAR), McCrann also volunteers countless hours within her community for Ronald McDonald House Providence and Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

The Association also installed the following officers:

- Jennifer Lemme, President-Elect, RE/MAX Town & Country - Cumberland

- Aliesha Noonan Lombardi, Treasurer, Noonan Lombardi, REALTORS® - North Kingstown

- Alissa St. Jacques, Corporate Secretary, Coldwell Banker Realty – Cumberland

They will be joined by the following members serving as directors: Fatima Deziel, Johanna Echevarria, Gregory Smith, Erensoy Durmaz, Ana Isabel Garcia, Juan Rios, and Immediate Past President Michelle Keach.

- Affiliate of the Year Award: Sean Hogan, Home Loan Investment Bank - Cumberland
