Friday Five: Blood Drive, Egg Hunt, Babysitting, Recycling

Thank God it's Friday - check out these things to know:

 

Blood Drive today - The RI Bloodmobile is making a stop at Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce 6 Blackstone Valley Place, Suite 402 in Lincoln today from 9 a.m. to noon. 

Egg Hunt On Saturday, March 23 come to the Audubon Camouflaged Egg Hunt at the Audubon Powder Mill Ledges Wildlife Refugefrom 9:30 to 11 a.m. Children ages 3 to 10 hunt for brown eggs in a natural setting and learn about how eggs and animals camouflage. Children will trade their eggs for a prize to take home. Registration is required. Program Fee: $5/member child, $7/non-member child. To register call 401-949-5454.

YMCA babysitting - The Smithfield YMCA's babysitting service is now FREE to all Member and Program Participants:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Members can use the babysitting service while working out or taking a class at the Y.

Rabies clinic - The town's annual Rabies Clinic is March 30 from 1-3 p.m. at the Smithfield Department of Public Works Garage. Cost is $10, proof of a prior rabies vaccine is required for a 3 year vaccination.
