Smithfield 2017 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map
Smithfield has five high-level sex offenders. Find out where they are before you go out to trick-or-treat.
SMITHFIELD, RI—Before the kids go out trick or treating on Halloween, it is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood. According to the Rhode Island Sex Offender Listings, five high-level sex offenders live in Smithfield. The names, addresses, and convictions of Level 2 and Level 3 offenders are posted online by the state.
Level 3 registered sex offenders are considered "high risk" to repeat a sex crime. Level 2 offenders pose a “moderate” risk to re-offend.
The identities of Level 1 offenders are not publicized online.

Smithfield has four Level 2 offenders and one Level 3 offender. The offenders are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.
More specific information on the sex offenders is on the map at the bottom of the page. Two offenders live in the same nursing home. The yellow pin identifies that location.
