Smithfield Police, AAA To Host Booster Drivers Training Class

The Smithfield Police Department and AAA are teaming up to supplement beginning drivers' education next month through the Dare to Prepare program.

Dare to Prepare focuses on concepts and messages that teens and parents would not receive during a driver’s education course. The program is offered free of charge.

The program's class will be held April 10, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Smithfield Senior Center. The class is limited to 30 seats and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, call Diana Dias at 401-868-2000 Ext. 2126 or go to the AAA website.
