At 1:41 p.m. March 3, troopers arrested James S. Hauswirth, age 52, of 17 Briarwood Road, Lincoln, RI, for 1) Driving After Suspension of License—For Certain Violations and 2) a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License—For Certain Violations out of the Smithfield Police Department. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

At 12:40 p.m. March 3, Troopers arrested Edward E. Smith, age 33, of 809 Greenville Avenue, Johnston, RI, for a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Non - Support. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
