A parade of colors will kick off the ceremony at 10:30 AM with honor guards from the Smithfield Police Department and the Smithfield Fire Department.

As in past years, this ceremony will be solemn and inspirational for all. We expect participation from the Gallagher Middle School chorus as well as the Smithfield Chorus.

Fireworks - Smithfield's Annual Town Fireworks will be held Friday, July 5 at Bryant University.

Coyne Family Fire Fund - On the afternoon of Tuesday April 30th, Lt. John Coyne of the Smithfield Fire Department and his family lost their home due to a tragic fire. The Smithfield Firefighters, along with close friends of the Coyne's, have set up a fundraising page to help alleviate some of the financial burden that John and Dawn will face over the upcoming months. Although nothing can replace all that they have lost, every dollar will help. Through our love and support we can help the Coyne's through this critical time of need.
