LITTLE COMPTON, RI — UPDATE, August 27: Gibson was found and returned home safe.
Have you seen Gibson in the Tiverton-Little Compton area over the weekend? The two-year-old rescue went missing from his Tompkins Lane home late Saturday night.
Gibson is caramel-brown in colors with a lighter face and belly and a dark nose. He is approximately 60 pounds and very afraid of loud noises. He ran away from home after he was frightened by fireworks in the neighborhood.

Because he's so skittish, he could be hiding. He is very friendly, but please do not chase, his owner said. If found or spotted, call Alyssa McClellan at 401-486-7441.
