18-Year-Old Arrested on Drunken-Driving Charge
Joseph Noe ,18, of 85 Freemont St., Taunton, MA, was arrested on Saturday, July 21 at 8:15 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence, first offense. According to reports, Noe was arrested after Little Compton Police stopped his car on South Shore Road for excessive speed.

A resident reported on Wednesday, July 18 at 8:02 a.m. that someome tipped over a  lifeguard chair and stole two small orange flags. Police are investifating the matter.
