Spots Open For Out-Of-District Students At Little Compton Schools

Families who live outside the Little Compton School District are eligible to attend the district's PreK-8 grades through the tuition program

LITTLE COMPTON, RI – Families who live outside the Little Compton School District are eligible to attend the district's PreK-8 grades through the tuition program.

The tuition per year for out-of-district students in K-8 in $6,000. Students may enroll at any point during the school year.

Half-day preschool (age 3) and half-day pre-K (age 4) are also available.

“We offer an exceptional educational experience for all Rhode Island elementary and middle school students here in Little Compton,” said Dr. Laurie Dias-Mitchell, Superintendent, in a prepared statement. “With 225 students and a typical class size of 13, our students receive a hands-on education in a smaller setting that allows for a truly impactful learning experience. From new technology and state-of-the-art facilities to engaging curriculum to field trips to sports and many extracurricular offerings, our school provides students with the foundation to excel academically, develop social emotional skills, and cultivate a deep sense of community.”
