What To Know About Getting Coronavirus Vaccine In Little Compton
Residents will be contacted for appointments based on voter records, starting with the oldest seniors.

LITTLE COMPTON, RI — The coronavirus vaccine distribution effort is ramping up across Rhode Island, and Little Compton is taking steps to make sure residents are ready and informed.
Unlike other communities, the town is not compiling a waitlist of residents. Instead, officials will use the voter records to contact residents directly for appointments, starting with the oldest seniors. Residents who are not registered to vote can call the town clerk's office at 635-4400 and leave their name, address and contact phone number.
Starting next week, the town expects to receive about 20 vaccine doses for residents per week from the Rhode Island Department of Health. Additional appointments are also available through the state's pharmacy partners.
