Wanted Warwick Thief Captured: Cops

WARWICK, RI — A wanted Warwick man was arrested during a traffic stop Saturday, police said.

Tyreke Worley, 18, was pulled over on Centerville Road in Warwick and arrested shortly after 9:30 p.m., the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Worley was wanted on charges of attempted larceny of more than $1,500 and injuring or tampering with a vehicle, according to the release.

The charges stemmed from Warwick Police Department cases, the release said.

Worley was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to the Warwick police, according to the release.
