Law Eluder Captured At West Warwick Home: Cops
The West Warwick woman escaped the law — but only for a while, police said.
WEST WARWICK, RI — A West Warwick woman eluded the law but was later captured at her Baker Street home, police said.
Mi Cha Silvia, 42, was arrested about 11:15 a.m. Friday on charges of eluding law enforcement in a vehicle in a high-speed pursuit and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Silvia subsequently being located at her residence," the release said.

Silvia was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and taken to Third Division District Court for arraignment, according to the release.
