New Coventry Breakfast Spot To Temporarily Operate In West Warwick
The plan was announced in a social media post.
WEST WARWICK, RI — A new breakfast spot planned for Coventry will temporarily operate out of a West Warwick location due to issues with the original building septic system, according to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page.
"We know everyone has been wondering what's going on with our new restaurant at 687 Washington Street in Coventry," the post on the Ham and Egger's Facebook page said.

"As you all know we renovated the building from the ground up, we even acquired new chairs since our last pictures!" the post said. "Unfortunately, despite our septic system passing initial inspection — it is not suitable for restaurant use."
But that will not stop the Ham and Egger from moving ahead, according to the post, as it will now operate out of Boomerangs Roadhouse in West Warwick.

"As some know we are part of the Boomerangs Roadhouse family," the post said. "Boomerangs is taking us in, we will work for Boomerangs out of their facility while we do the necessary work connecting to public sewer."
The Ham and Egger is planning a soft open Sunday at Boomerangs.
The Ham and Egger has billed itself as a "cozy breakfast and lunch spot."
"We are all about simple high-quality ingredients, the best bacon, eggs and home cooked foods at a reasonable price!" according to a post on its facebook page.
