Providence Man Nabbed With Coke And Pot: Cops

WEST WARWICK, RI — A Providence man was caught with cocaine and marijuana after troopers pulled him over on Interstate 95 in West Warwick, police said.

Ricky Nunez, 45, was arrested shortly before 4:30 p.m. Monday on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a kilogram to 5 kilograms of marijuana, possession with the intent to deliver an ounce to a kilogram of cocaine, possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana and possession of more than 10 grams of cocaine, according to the Rhode Island State Police.

Nunez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight for morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
