Rhode Island State Police Nab Wanted New Hampshire Man: Cops

WARWICK, RI — A wanted New Hampshire man was captured during a Sunday night traffic stop in Warwick, police said.

Hezekiah Mendoza, 40, of Allenstown was arrested shortly before midnight, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Mendoza was wanted on a charge of felony assault in connection with a Providence Police Department case, according to the release.

Mendoza was pulled over on East Avenue, the release said.
