Woonsocket Sex Offender Sentenced to 10 Years in Federal Prison
Victor C. Radbill, 32, was on probation for a prior child pornography charge, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Thursday.

WOONSOCKET, RI — Victor C. Radbill, 32, was on probation for a child pornography charge, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Thursday. He went to the Manville Laundromat to wash his clothes and also used one of the dryers. Inadvertently, he left his cell phone card in the dryer. The laundromat's employee looked at the card and called police.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, "a court authorized search of the SD card by detectives assigned to the ICAC task force revealed more than 500 images and 3 videos of child pornography. The forensic review of the SD card also revealed “selfies” of Radbill. The forensic examination revealed that the “selfies” of Radbill were taken on the same model cell phone Radbill admitted to owning."
He pleaded guilty on Sept. 12 to a repeat possession offense. On Thursday, he was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison plus five years' probation after his release.
