Alvarez was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned, and later turned over to the Adult Corrections Institute Intake Center. Man arrested for cocaine possession charge At 2:35 p.m. Feb. 6, Troopers arrested Jose Perez, age 19, of 939 Bernon St. Woonsocket, RI for Possession of Cocaine. Perez was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
