1. The Woonsocket School District is offering summer enrichment to all students this year, thanks to the fact that the city is set to receive $49 million in education-specific coronavirus relief funds. Superintendent Dr. Patrick McGee said the district is providing incentive pay for educators to participate in the summer learning program for kids. WJAR's i-team has the story.

2. Woonsocket mayor Mayor Lisa Baldelli-Hunt is proposing tax cuts, citing the impact of COVID-19 on residents and business owners. The Valley Breeze looks at Hunt's 2021-2022 budget proposal.

3. North Providence did not violate the state’s public records law, and neither did Woonsocket, Attorney General Peter Neronha has ruled. Both communities received APRA requests from the same woman for documents related to delinquent property taxes. (Patch)

4. The retired owner of Ayotte Printers has died at the age of 80. “Richard Ayotte manned the printing presses and Betty was the smiling face behind the counter and pleasant voice on the telephone. Together Richard and Betty carried on a family legacy that spanned nearly a century.” (GoLocalProv)
