What's Happening This Weekend in Woonsocket?

Another week of on-and-off weather just might have you thinking of weekend activities.

With the forecast calling for rain on Friday with clearing Saturday night into Sunday, you may have to dodge a few drops on your way to local events.

Friday, June 14:

• All day: Pack 2 Cub Scouts PawSox Fundraiser at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Rectory. The pack is selling $8 general admission tickets to raise some money. It's the July 29 PawSox game, which is also $1 menu night at McCoy. Also June 15 and 16
  
• 8:30 pm: Karaoke at Rick's Bar & Grill. Full pizza menu.
• 9 pm: Karaoke with DJ Jimmy at Michael's Food & Spirits. 21+, ID required. No cover.

Saturday, June 15:

• 10 am: Spring Craft Sale at Le Moulin. Handmade jewelry, paintings, one-of-a-kind up-cycled furniture and home decor, hand knit and crochet items, books, and more.
• 3 pm: 2nd Annual "Parrot Head" Party at St. Joe's Veterans Association. Tom Ravine performs all your favorite Jimmy Buffet hits. Rain or shine. $15 advance/$20 at the door.
• 3:30 pm: Harvest of Joy Program on WARV 1590-AM.
• 9 pm: Karaoke at Ciro's, 42 Cherry St. No cover. Drink and dinner specials.

Sunday, June 16:

• 8 am: Father's Day Breakfast at St. Joe's Veterans Association. Adults $8, kids 12 and under $4, kids under 3 Free. Includes eggs, sausage, ham, home fries, beans, and an omelet station. All you can eat.
• 1:30 pm: Bingo at Fairmount Heights. Knock on the window and they'll let you in. Mention that you saw the note on Woonsocket Patch.
