WOONSOCKET, RI — A venerable local real estate business has rebranded and reopened to the community.

After 22 years in real estate, Duane Boucher had rebranded Boucher Real Estate as RE/MAX Premier Properties.

Boucher was the Northern RI Board's top producing REALTOR for years 2009, 2011, 2016, 2017, and 2018 and consistently receives production awards for excellence in sales achievement. Boucher has received the Five Star Award for superior service and overall customer satisfaction every single year since the program's inception in 2012.

He has served two terms as President of Statewide MLS, was selected as 2017 RI REALTOR Of The Year and currently serves as chairman of the state's Professional Standards Committee. He is also serving as a Director on the Northern RI Board and has assisted on various committees over the years to support the organization.
