Accident Closes Traffic on Sam Rittenburg
A three-car accident shut down traffic on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard Tuesday afternoon

UPDATE 6:25 p.m.: The accident on Sam Rittenburg happened at Dickens Street and Sam Rittenburg, which is on the southbound side of Sam Rittenburg Boulevard, according to Charleston Police Department spokesman Charles Francis.
No one was injured in the crash and all vehicles are out of the roadway.
6:13 p.m.: According to Post and Courier reporter Andrew Knapp traffic is currently shut down on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard as Police and EMS crews deal with a three-car wreck at Charlestowne Drive.

Knapp tweeted a photo of the scene and reported one person trapped in one of the vehicles.
Charleston Police Spokesman Charles Francis was not immediately available for comment Tuesday afternoon.
