
Chesley "C.J." Black, 29, is in custody after he was arrested at the home of relatives in Sumter late Friday night.
Black is being held by authorities in Sumter and will be transported back to Charleston County in the near future, authorities have yet to determine exactly when that will be though, according to Sheriff's Office spokesman Major Jim Brady.
The Sheriff's Office will charge Black with the murder of his wife Amanda, whose body was found Friday afternoon. The couple's daughter, who was unaccounted for following the discovery of Amanda Black's body has been located and taken to a safe, undisclosed location, Brady said.

Court dates for Black won't be set until he is back in Charleston County's custody and officially charged.
Officer had been called out to the Blacks' Fife Lane home in the past for complaints involving domestic disputes, Brady said.
